Payments are possible either by Credit Card (Visa or Master Card), which we highly recommend, or by bank transfer and should be done until April 09, 2010. Please include both the invoice number and your name, when settling the account.

 

Cancellation until April 09, 2010 you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30 %. After that date, cancellation is not possible anymore.

 

Those participants who cannot prove their advance credit transfer payment at the conference office are requested full payment on site.

 

*All participants have to pay VAT. Services performed (such as participation in a conference) are liable to VAT in Germany.

 
**Students have to show the student ID and passport. They are not older than 28 years and aren't employed.
